Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication in both English and Bengali.
Proficient in using MS word, MS Excel.
Responsibilities & Context:
Front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and property maintenance.
Ensure high-quality guest experiences through consistent service excellence.
Maintain safety, hygiene, and quality standards across the farmhouse premises.
Keep up to date with licensing legislation and take legal responsibility for the premises.
Manage operational budgets, control costs, and monitor inventory.
Ensure proper documentation of bill & voucher.
Take marketing initiatives, promote the farmhouse, and develop strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
