Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly
Communicate with customers through call, chat & social media to ensure excellent service
Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth order fulfillment
Maintain proper call records, order updates & communication logs
Handle customer complaints professionally with problem-solving attitude
Follow operational guidelines and support daily activities of Customer Service Team
Ensure service quality and maintain brand standards at all time
Perform duties responsibly during the designated night shift (07:00 PM to 06:00 AM)
