Responsibilities & Context:
- Make outbound calls to promote and sell Munchies products.
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Process customer orders and confirm delivery details.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Maintain call records and prepare sales reports.
- Collect market feedback and share with the team.
- Coordinate with logistics and support teams for smooth operations.
