Additional Requirements: - At least 2-3 years of job experience as an Executive – Customer service role in a renowned Education Consultancy, IT Firms or IELTS Test Centre
- Candidates must have a fluent English Speaking and Writing Skills.
- Strong analytical ability, leadership and communication skills
- Well Conversant with MS Office especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Responsibilities & Context: We, UK Graduate, aim to enhance academic compatibility and growth internationally.
UK Graduate is a UK home office approved PSI test center for the English language based SELT, PTE and IELTS tests.
This firm also conducts programs and training sessions to improve students’ skills and make prepared them for the SELT and IELTS.
We are looking for some experienced, energetic and competent employees for our Bangladesh Office.
Office Time: 2PM – 10.30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the UK office to ensure smooth integration into the company’s operations and contribute to its overall growth and efficiency.
- Engage with clients proactively by maintaining regular communication with both new and existing customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls by addressing inquiries, providing information, resolving issues, and assisting clients with their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support administrative and sales teams by performing clerical tasks, maintaining records, updating customer databases, and assisting with sales-related activities as required.
- Assist in lead generation by identifying potential sales opportunities, supporting the field sales team, and helping expand the customer base through effective communication and relationship management.
- Manage customer complaints and conflict resolution by de-escalating situations with dissatisfied clients, offering patient and effective solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Ensure service quality and compliance by adhering to company policies, maintaining service standards, and continuously improving customer service processes.
- Provide product and service information by educating customers about company offerings, helping them make informed decisions, and addressing any queries regarding products or services.
- Maintain a positive brand image by delivering excellent customer service, fostering trust, and upholding the company’s reputation in all customer interactions.
