Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for some efficient, courteous Executive (Cash / Tailors Operation) for Retail Showroom who possesses excellent customer service skills. This position is must need computer skill (MS word & Excel) that will be tested at the time of Interview.
Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
Resolve customer issues and answers questions.
Entry related data in the Software.
Bag or wrap purchases to ensure safe transport for the customer.
Provide pricing information by answering questions.
Maintain checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
