∎ Monitoring & follow up
∎ Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
∎ Complete call logs and reports
∎ Upsell products and services
∎ Other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in Bengali & English language
∎ Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel
∎ Good Communication skill

Salary: Tk. 18000 (Monthly)
