Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide customers with product and service information
∎ Act as Authorized Representatives of the Company
∎ Operate Trading Workstations
∎ Comply with all rules and regulation of exchanges, BSEC, CDBL and that of internal management.
∎ Process requests, forms of clients
∎ Identify and escalate priority issues
∎ Route client request/queries to the appropriate resource
∎ Maintain proper documentation of trades
∎ Achieve turnover budget and business target

∎ Must have good interpersonal skills to understand clients concerns
