Job Responsibilities:
∎ MTB Contact Centre (MTBCC) is one stop solution for MTB customers.
∎ MTBCC agent will answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
∎ Agent will resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very good spoken and written command in English.
∎ MTBCC agent will work on 24x7 basis covered by multiple shifts. Number of shifts and time of shift shall be defined by MTBCC management.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Yearly two Festival bonuses
∎ Agents shall get Holiday working allowances
∎ Agents shall get Transportation facilities in morning shift pick, night shift pick and drop, evening shift drop
