Job Context:
∎ Minimum Graduation Degree in any discipline from the recognized university
∎ Hardworking, self-motivated and a good team player
∎ Excellent communication skills with command in spoken and written English
∎ Preference shall be given to the candidates having experience in service industry i.e.: airline, travel agency, customer service desk at any private organizations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling currency exchange transactions
∎ Purchase & sale foreign currency and advisory services to arrival passengers
∎ Handle customer enquiries on MTB Products & services
∎ Offering MTB Products and services to passengers
∎ Cross sell of MTB Products and services
∎ Responsible for generating exchange gain income as established in the annual budget
∎ Assists the Booth Manager/Supervisor in the managing of day-to-day operational and marketing activities
∎ Assesses client needs, ensuring proactive, timely and high-quality service
∎ Demonstrates compliance with all regulations of money changing for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities

∎ Age 23 to 30 years
