Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Customer Service Executive, you will be an integral part of our Customer Service team and will be responsible for delivering outstanding support across various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media. Your key responsibilities will include:

∎ Assisting Customers: Providing prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to orders, products, payments, shipping, and other general inquiries.

∎ Order Management: Processing and tracking customer orders, ensuring timely delivery, and handling order cancellations and modifications.

∎ Problem Resolution: Identifying and resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to turn any negative experiences into positive ones.

∎ Product Knowledge: Gaining a deep understanding of our product offerings to assist customers effectively and suggest suitable products based on their preferences.

∎ Technical Support: Assisting customers with technical difficulties, troubleshooting product-related problems, and guiding them through the resolution process.

∎ Complaint Handling: Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments and following up to ensure timely resolution.

∎ Customer Feedback: Collecting and documenting customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints to help improve our products and services continually.

∎ Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products to customers to enhance their shopping experience.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 23000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be decided based on Experience & Skills; Compensation packages will be competitive and commensurate with experience and track record, and salary review with performance.
