∎ Identifying customer needs, giving precise information with clarification and providing appropriate solutions to ensure utmost customer satisfaction
∎ Executing customer request and resolving complaint
∎ Good conversation skill in both Bengali and English
∎ Having positive, pleasant and helping attitude
∎ Referring unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation
∎ Being ready to work in different shifts round the clock according to business needs
