Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assisting Customers and providing prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to orders, products, payments, shipping, and other general inquiries.
∎ Order Management: Processing and tracking customer orders, ensuring timely delivery, and handling order cancellations and modifications.
∎ Problem Resolution: Identifying and resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to turn any negative experiences into positive ones.
∎ Product Knowledge: Gaining a deep understanding of our product offerings to assist customers effectively and suggest suitable products based on their preferences. Technical Support: Assisting customers with technical difficulties, troubleshooting product-related problems, and guiding them through the resolution process.
∎ Complaint Handling: Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments and following up to ensure timely resolution.
∎ Customer Feedback: Collecting and documenting customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints to help improve our products and services continually.
∎ Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
