  • Maintain communication with customers via mobile calls and messages.

  • Ensure a positive customer experience and resolve customer queries promptly.

  • Good at presentations. A class on communication skills.

  • Provide support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.

  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships through effective communication.

  • Provided timely support and resolved inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
