Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure a positive customer experience and resolve customer queries in a timely and prompt manner.

  • Maintain communication with customers via mobile calls and messages.

  • Provide support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships through effective communication.

  • Provided timely support and resolved inquiries to ensure a positive experience.

  • Any other task assigned by the management.
