  • Fluency in English is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.

  • Managing customer communications through various channels.

  • Resolving customer complaints efficiently and providing suitable solutions.

  • Explaining Pureit products and services in detail to customers.

  • Processing orders, forms, and customer requests.

  • Maintaining records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.

  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Providing feedback on customer service processes for continuous improvement.

  • Leading and guiding a team of junior service representatives when necessary.

  • Ensuring customers have a seamless and satisfying experience with Pureit.



Job Other Benifits:
    • Starting Salary: 13,000 BDT

    • Potential increase to 15,000 BDT after 6-9 months of probation (based on performance).

    • Higher initial salary may be considered for exceptionally skilled candidates.
