Additional Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 35 years

  • Strong communication skills in Bangla

  • Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate ambition, and thrive in a team environment.

  • Basic English skills necessary but not mandatory.

  • A positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a love for customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.

  • Managing customer communications through various channels.

  • Resolving customer complaints efficiently and providing suitable solutions.

  • Explaining Pureit products and services in detail to customers.

  • Processing orders, forms, and customer requests.

  • Maintaining records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.

  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Providing feedback on customer service processes for continuous improvement.

  • Leading and guiding a team of junior service representatives when necessary.

  • Ensuring customers have a seamless and satisfying experience with Pureit.



Job Other Benifits:
    • Starting Salary: 13,000 BDT++ (If you are good and experienced, your salary will be determined based on what you deserve

    • Your Salary may start at 15,000 BDT (for exceptionally skilled candidates).

    • Raise after 6 months of probation (if you are deserving)

    • You will earn an additional income of over 20000 BDT in incentives making your salary to be close to BDT 35000 every month if you are a consistent performer.
