• Handle customer inquiries across channels

• Resolve complaints & explain Pureit services

• Process forms, maintain records & ensure customer satisfaction

• Support junior reps and improve service processes

• Be the friendly voice that builds long-term trust with customers

• Take ownership of customer issues and ensure first-call resolution

• Guide customers with expert advice on Pureit products & services

• Handle service requests with speed, accuracy, and professionalism

• Follow up proactively to ensure 100% customer satisfaction

• Maintain precise records and contribute to continuous improvement

• Support team targets and help drive service excellence

• Act as a brand ambassador and represent Pureit with pride

• Suggest improvements based on real customer feedback

• Participate in training and skill-development programs

* Salary from 15000 up to 35,000 BDT/month based on experience
