What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver prompt, polite, and professional support to Pureit customers

  • Handle customer interactions across multiple communication channels

  • Resolve inquiries and complaints with confidence and care

  • Clearly explain Pureit products, services, and solutions

  • Process customer requests, orders, and service-related forms accurately

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions

  • Work closely with team members to elevate the overall service experience

  • Share insights and feedback to help improve careline processes

  • Guide and support junior team members when required

  • Ensure every customer walks away with a smooth, satisfying Pureit experience

  • Both Full and Part time slots are available

  • ·       One-way transport reimbursement for advisors working 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM shifts

    ·       Full time hours are 6 days a week; 8 hours a day; Public holidays are shared

    ·       Part time hours are 5 days a week; 6 hours a day; No Public holidays
