Key Responsibilities:
Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
Managing customer communications through various channels.
Resolving customer complaints efficiently and providing suitable solutions.
Explaining Pureit products and services in detail to customers.
Processing orders, forms, and customer requests.
Maintaining records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Collaborating with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction.
Providing feedback on customer service processes for continuous improvement.
Leading and guiding a team of junior service representatives when necessary.
Ensuring customers have a seamless and satisfying experience with Pureit.
Starting Salary: 13,000 BDT++ (If you are experienced and good)
Your Salary can be 15,000 BDT from Day 1 if you are really good and deserving.
Raise within 6 months immediately after probation period for exceptionally skilled candidates.
Additional incentives can lead to a monthly income of over 20,000 BDT for consistent performers.
