Position Overview:

  • The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, addressing customer queries and concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

  • Provide customers with information about products/services and assist in resolving their concerns.

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.

  • Prepare and maintain customer records and reports.

  • Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
