Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using company tools.
Adhere to roster-based schedules and ensure punctual attendance.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Continuously improve service quality by learning and adapting to feedback.
Represent the company's values and uphold the standard of service expected in a club-level environment.
