Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

1. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in person.

2. Manage and update company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

4. Maintain positive relationships with existing clients and follow up regularly.

5. Oversee product listings, availability, and updates.

6. Actively search for potential customers and business opportunities.

7. Plan, run, and monitor social media sales and marketing campaigns.

8. Maintain and organize the office environment for smooth operations.

9. Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and messages promptly.

10. Prepare and maintain customer and product databases.

11. Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.

12. Coordinate with the management team to implement company strategies.

13. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Managements.
