Responsibilities & Context:
1. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in person.
2. Manage and update company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
3. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
4. Maintain positive relationships with existing clients and follow up regularly.
5. Oversee product listings & availability.
6. Actively search for potential customers and business opportunities.
7. Plan, run, and monitor social media sales and marketing campaigns.
8. Maintain and organize the office environment for smooth operations.
9. Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly.
10. Prepare and maintain customer and product databases.
11. Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.
12. Coordinate with the management team to implement company strategies.
13.Perform social media live and make videos for the imported products.
14. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Management.
Employees will be given a specific sales target every month. Upon achieving this target, they will be eligible for bonus.
