Responsibilities & Context:
Customer Call Handling
- Receiving daily customer phone calls and accurately recording order information.
- Responding to customer queries promptly and politely.
WhatsApp Communication
- Maintaining active communication with customers on WhatsApp & Social media.
- Confirming order details and sending necessary information.
Customer Support in the Office
- Receiving clients arriving at the office cordially.
- Explaining the features of eco-friendly stoves.
- Demonstrating the functionality of the product over video calls if necessary.
Order Management
- Recording and storing orders received appropriately.
- Sharing orders with the delivery team and following up.
