Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Provide basic product/service information to customers.
- Help resolve simple customer issues and escalate complex cases to senior staff.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM software.
- Support the customer care team in daily tasks and administrative work.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Collect customer feedback and prepare brief reports.
