We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to be the welcoming face of Nagomi and provide excellent service to our valued clients.
Location: Nagomi Salon, Alamin Center, House 40, 5th Floor, Sonargaon Janapath Road, Sector 11, Uttara, Dhaka
Working Hours: 12:00 pm – 8:00 PM (Weekly holiday will be provided)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism
- Handle client inquiries, bookings, and appointments
- Provide accurate information about salon services and offers
- Maintain client records and ensure smooth front-desk operations
- Support salon staff with scheduling and customer needs
- Handle client feedback with care and ensure satisfaction
