We are hiring a Customer Care Executive to become the welcoming face of Nagomi and deliver an exceptional experience to our valued clients.
📌 Candidates must have previous salon background/experience.

📍 Location:
Nagomi Salon, Alamin Center, House-40, 5th Floor, Sonargaon Janapath Road, Sector-11, Uttara, Dhaka

🕛 Working Hours:
12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
(Weekly holiday will be provided)

💼 Responsibilities:
✨ Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism & a friendly smile
✨ Attend live marketing sessions to engage with customers and promote salon services
✨ Handle client inquiries, bookings & appointment scheduling smoothly
✨ Provide accurate information about salon services, packages & ongoing offers
✨ Maintain client records and ensure organized front-desk operations
✨ Coordinate schedules and support stylists & therapists when needed
✨ Listen carefully to client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
