We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to be the welcoming face of Nagomi and provide excellent service to our valued clients.
Location: Nagomi Salon, Alamin Center, House 40, 5th Floor, Sonargaon Janapath Road, Sector 11, Uttara, Dhaka
Working Hours: 12:00 pm – 8:00 PM (Weekly holiday will be provided)
Responsibilities:
• Greet every client with warmth, professionalism, and a welcoming smile
• Attend live marketing sessions to engage with customers and promote salon services
• Handle client inquiries, bookings, and appointment scheduling smoothly
• Provide clear and accurate information about salon services, packages, and ongoing offers
• Maintain client records and ensure organized front-desk operations
• Coordinate schedules and support stylists and therapists as needed
• Listen to client feedback with care and ensure complete customer satisfaction
