We are hiring a Customer Care Executive to become the welcoming face of Nagomi and deliver an exceptional experience to our valued clients.
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Weekly holiday will be provided)
Responsibilities:
Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism & a friendly smile
Attend live marketing sessions to engage with customers and promote salon services
Handle client inquiries, bookings & appointment scheduling smoothly
Provide accurate information about salon services, packages & ongoing offers
Maintain client records and ensure organized front-desk operations
Coordinate schedules and support stylists & therapists when needed
Listen carefully to client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
