- Must have customer & floor management experience from any renowned Aesthetic center or Beauty Salon
- Presentable, Elegant, Lively, Pleasant personality
- Excellent in customer handling with direct customer service or over phone service
- Ability to work under pressure and extended hour
- Self driven ,Energetic and organized
- Disciplined and Proactive
- Good interpersonal skill ( Team Player, Sympathetic , Good Listener, Appreciative , Positive Attitude, Polite) and communication skill
- Complaint handling ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Must have the mentality to work under pressure, teach others, & team work.

Responsibilities & Context: We are looking for a Customer Care Executive/Front desk executive having customer & reception management experience from any renowned Aesthetic/Laser Centre /Spa or Beauty Salon.
- Welcoming clients and communicate with them in an effective manners.
- Understanding customer’s need clearly & completely and need to provide more information on our product feature, benefit and application in details.
- Attending client requirements concern and make sure that they are appropriately perused.
- Effectively motivating the customers for using our product & service.
- Handling customer complaints and deal this professionally.
- Attend all incoming call of the customer in a positive tone and manner and pursue them to visit us in person.
- Provide recommendations & ideas for business development.
- Manage client bookings and maintain treatment records for repeat visits.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-up care with professionalism.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
