- Call quality & resolution rate: Issues solved on the first call; clear next steps when not.
- Follow-up completion: % of open cases closed within agreed time.
- Lead conversion: From inquiry → qualified lead → visit/booking.
- CRM accuracy: Complete, up-to-date notes after every interaction.
- Customer satisfaction (CSAT): Short rating after service where possible.
- Attendance & punctuality: Being on time and reliable.
What We Expect From You
- 2–5 years of customer care/tele-sales/front desk or similar experience.
- Clear speaking style, friendly tone, and patience under pressure.
- Good Bangla; basic conversational English is a plus.
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable with simple spreadsheets/CRMs.
- Ability to work with targets and improve KPIs over time.

About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused teammate who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and building trust. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, so warmth, clarity, and follow-through matter a lot.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a polite, professional way.
- Use simple call scripts when needed, but keep the conversation natural.
- Understand client needs, offer the right solutions, and follow up until issues are closed.
- Share relevant property offers and upsell when it genuinely helps the client.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Keep clean records of every conversation in our CRM/Google Sheets.
- Join regular team meetings and quick learning sessions to stay sharp.
- Meet personal and team targets, and track your KPIs weekly.
