Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description: Agamir Property is looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building. This is a full-time, female-only position based in Bashundhara R/A.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Follow structured communication scripts for different customer scenarios.
  • Understand client needs, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up on inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or promote property offers.
  • Build lasting relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions in our system.
  • Participate in regular meetings and knowledge enhancement programs.
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
