Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing strategic plans and setting timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical services for a startup company. Outline the goals for research and development.
∎ Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvements and developing and implementing solutions.
∎ Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
∎ Making proper requirements of necessary working staffs which are needed to run the business properly by analyzing the business policy of the company.
∎ Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scopes and objectives.
∎ Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
∎ Effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
∎ Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
∎ Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
∎ Setting a vision for how technology will be used as per the requirements of Clients.
∎ Collaborating with department heads as an advisor of all technologies involved with the company.
∎ Generate new customers and feed our products in a regular interval.
∎ Managing technology budgets and time frames. Staying on top of technology trends and developments.
∎ Ensuring that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs.
∎ Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
∎ Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements. Acting as a mentor to team members.
∎ Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
∎ Setting company technical vision and leading the company's technological development
∎ Establishing software development process and set objectives for the process
∎ Mentoring team members and monitoring performance profiling tools and procedures
∎ Developing and implementing disaster and emergency recovery plans
∎ Defining company standards for systems, equipment, and software
∎ Studying current and new industry trends, technologies and software development
∎ Studying information processing systems to evaluate the effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
∎ Ensuring the company's technological processes and service comply with all requirements, laws, and regulations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ M.Sc or B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering / Software Engineering / EEE or Equivalent Degree from any reputed public and private universities. MBA degree preferred.
∎ Must have experience about coding languages, both front end and back end software development process, software design, software architecture, software testing, software maintenance, software documentation, database management, cloud platforms.
∎ 20 years working in the mentioned field.
∎ 5 years' experience as a CTO is preferable
∎ Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology.
