∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Post Graduate from a highly reputed UGC approved University with a satisfactory academic track record. (However MBA/MBM or other professional degrees are highly desirable).
∎ 3 to 5 years of experience as credit risk analyst/Credit officer, preferably within banking or financial services.
∎ Expertise in financial statement analysis, credit risk modeling, and market risk assessments.
∎ High attention to detail, with an analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and banking industry trends.
∎ Good negotiation skills with different stakeholders

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation of credit memorandums of the assigned Clients/ Accounts with all sorts of analytical analysis thereto & submitting the same to the approval authority.
∎ Identifying and analyzing inherent credit risk associated with the different clients and different sectors, where the clients are in operation.
∎ Assess the appropriateness of the debt structure and debt burden ratio to meet the commercial/personal needs of a company/individual.
∎ Preparing proposal summary for credit committee meeting, organizing the meeting as per HOCRM advice and circulation of the minutes.
∎ Follow-up with RM’s to ensure maintenance of quality credit assets and other issues relating to credit portfolios.
∎ Ensuring compliance of Bangladesh Bank and Internal Policies and meeting all audit requirements of own portfolio.
∎ Presenting financial / industry analyses using financial projections and models.
∎ Conducting collateral / factory / inventory visit etc. along with business unit as per terms of approval and prepare reports thereof.
∎ Other special assignments as and when required by management of the Bank.
