Experience:

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• 3rd division, 3rd class or equivalent CGPA in any academic examination shall be considered a disqualification.

• Age At most 43 years

• Experience in SME Asset & Liability at any Commercial Bank is preferable.

• Professional certification in CMSME is an advantage.

• Experience in the following areas is preferred: CMSME Banking/Business

• Identify and acquire new CMSME clients (preferably composite limit for Small and Medium Segment), prepare credit proposals, and handle related documentation.

• Meet business targets set by the Supervisor/Head of SME.

• Establish & Maintain relationships with CMSME customers, along with monitoring credit quality.

• Identify potential financial and non-financial risks, including market dynamics, borrower business cycles, and cash flow adequacy.

• Conduct on-site visits to validate the applicant’s business, financials, collateral security and documentation.

• Assist in cost, budget, and resource planning, regulatory reporting, and other assignments.
