Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare charge documents, collateral charge creation, completion of documentations as per checklist, preparation of disbursement memo as per sanction letter aligned with terms & conditions of credit approval.
∎ Ensure creation of customer profile, loan account opening, limit set up, schedule generation and required transaction fr disbursement in Core Banking System.
∎ Ensure documentation for loan rescheduling, restructuring, renewal, amendment etc. and execution of related transactions in Core Banking System.
∎ Ensure Central bank reporting including CIB reporting, CIB data correction, NBFI/SBS 2&3 reporting, Collateral database etc.
∎ Ensure safe custody of charge documents in both electronic document management system and original documents in hard copies.
∎ Ensure the issues related to internal /external/BB Audit regarding credit administration to maintain quality and resolve issues.
∎ Ensure compliance of internal process, policies and guidelines and external rules & regulation, law of the land.
∎ Coordinate with liability operations, legal operations and other functional units under Operations Department and improve the overall process for extra ordinary customer services while ensuring compliance.
∎ Ensuring loan disbursement, settlement, classification, rescheduling, write off etc in any standard core banking software.
∎ Ensuring CIB reporting and correction, CL reports and other regulatory reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years' experience in reputed banks/FIs.
∎ Experiences in Documentation/ Limit Loading/ Disbursement/ CIB & other Reporting is required
∎ Sound knowledge of central bank and other regulatory guidelines on loan operations.
∎ Hands on experience on transactions related to loan disbursement, settlement, classification, rescheduling, write off etc in any standard core banking software.
∎ Good understanding of modes of securities/collateral and charge creation process with RSJC and Sub Registrar Office.
∎ Sound knowledge and understanding of different types of customers, loans and their implication on product parameters interest calculations and accounting.
∎ Sufficient knowledge of Branch Operations, Lending Operations & Credit Management is required
∎ Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal relationship
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ Professional certificate/training on credit will get added advantage
∎ Sufficient skills to operate Microsoft Office Applications/ banking software
