∎ Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering from any reputed university.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in fashion industry on independent position leading operations for one of the largest global company.
∎ Experience in cooperation with companies producing clothing on the Asian market, including Bangladesh.
∎ Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
∎ Understanding the production process, proven experience in cooperation with buyers, technologists, designers.
∎ Strong competences in the area of selecting suppliers and managing cooperation with them in the context of production efficiency and product quality.
∎ Practical knowledge of procedures and processes related to the supply chain in the field of compliance and sustainability.
∎ Ability to work with budget and performance indicators.
∎ Very good interpersonal skills.
∎ Results-driven mindset.
∎ Fluent English proficiency (C1 level).
∎ Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.

∎ Analyzing market capabilities globally.
∎ Negotiating contracts and commercial terms to secure the best purchasing conditions.
∎ Monitoring supplier service quality and implementing optimization measures.
∎ Collaborating with purchasing, quality and logistics departments to optimize processes.
∎ Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key suppliers and expanding the supplier network.
∎ Driving company’s business growth in Asian market.
∎ Leading country strategy of sustainable growth.
∎ Have ownership over the effectiveness and constant improvement of production’s business model.
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for:
