Responsibilities & Context:

“Candidate will be selected after 15 minutes written exam and 15 minutes interview session”
Provide accurate counselling to students regarding study abroad options, programs, universities, and admission requirements.
Assist students in selecting suitable courses based on their academic background, interests, and career goals.
Guide students through the entire application process including documentation, submission, and follow-up.
Handle student inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
Maintain regular communication with students and guardians to ensure smooth processing.
Coordinate with admission teams and international partners for updates on applications and offers.
Maintain proper records, files, and updated databases of student applications.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events organized by the company.
Achieve monthly counselling and enrollment targets set by management.
