Responsibilities & Context:
For Europe, Australia, Canada, UK
- Provide accurate counselling to students regarding study abroad options, programs, universities, and admission requirements.
- Assist students in selecting suitable courses based on their academic background, interests, and career goals.
- Guide students through the entire application process including documentation, submission, and follow-up.
- Handle student inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain regular communication with students and guardians to ensure smooth processing.
- Coordinate with admission teams and international partners for updates on applications and offers.
- Maintain proper records, files, and updated databases of student applications.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events organized by the company.
- Achieve monthly counselling and enrolment targets set by management.
