∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Works as a path between employees and management to ensure each party’s utmost interest.
∎ • Maintain good employee and employer relationships within the organization.
∎ • Compliant management of employees as early as possible.
∎ • Guide employees on how to communicate with stakeholders to bring the most out of the factory facilities.
∎ • Conduct new employee’s Orientation program.
∎ • Arrange training and awareness programs for the employees so that they can keep themselves from involving in any unlawful activities.
∎ • Employee counseling for absent and indiscipline work.
∎ • Ensure daily floor visit and identify the employee’s needs in the workplace like; toilets, dining facilities, medical centers, and child care facilities.
∎ • Closely monitor the cases of sexual abuse of female workers, if any issues arise take immediate actions to resolve.
∎ • Monitor the employee’s health and safety issues and take the necessary steps while it is required.
∎ • Look after and ensure the necessary needs in the workplace Take care of pregnant and physically challenged employees.
∎ • To maintain corresponding data-records, like exit interview report, Injury Investigation Report.
∎ • Keep records of all the activities done for counseling management.
∎ • To understand what work-related stress is, what causes it and how it can be prevented and managed.
∎ • To support and get involved in organizational initiatives to tackle stress, for example, encouraging staff to complete questionnaires, attend focus groups or suggest solutions
∎ • Need to take steps to manage fatigue after looking out for signs of fatigue in the employees.
∎ • To suggest measures which will serve to raise the standard of personal living of employees and in general, promote their wellbeing.
∎ • To Counsel the employees who is mentally disturbed with any situations and monitors him/her improvement.
∎ • Any other job assigned by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Any Professional course in counseling/HR will be preferable.
∎ Graduation in HR/Psychology/ social/management will be preferable.
∎ English Communication skills must.
∎ Proficiency in Computer MS Word/Excel/ PowerPoints.
