Must possess strong relationship management skills.
Follow and Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Policy of Corporate Business for long term relationship. Prepare Contract Agreement and amendment to aware the Group Insurance product benefits and its terms & conditions.
Maintaining and developing relations with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls, email & presentation for retaining our existing clients.
Enhance the business growth by upsell and consulting by offering our supplementary product & strategy.
Prepare & send renewal notice on time to customers & keep follow up to complete the process.
Regularly prepare and share bill copy with customer & follow up the payment & collection.
Conduct Underwriting process as per GLIL policy to mitigate the risk for the company & keep liaison with other stakeholders to complete the process.
Complete Include & Exclude member information in system properly.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries & Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
