∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ At least Bachelor’s Degree preferably from a reputed university.
∎ Experience in B2B sales will be given preference.
∎ Candidates from the financial industry's direct sales team are highly preferred.
∎ Willing to travel as per requirement.
∎ Professional level knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
∎ Must be honest, sincere, accountable, and a team player with excellent work ethics and moral values.
∎ High level of Business communication skills.
∎ Must possess strong relationship management skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To execute Corporate Sales activities of Group Life and Health products independently to acquire and grow business under the guidance and leadership of Head of Group Sales. In order to achieve the overall business goals (yearly new business targets) maintaining good relationship with the potential customers and focus on new business. Effectively executing & managing every elements of the sales process on an individual level.
∎ Find prospects and leads (Corporate clients)Execute, Plan and implement a distinctive new business strategy to achieve business goals and company's long-term sustainability.
∎ To achieve the overall business goals (yearly new business targets)Keeping constant contact with different corporate companies regarding company's product/services and sending different offer letter.
∎ Developing new customers base through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
∎ Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant.
∎ Follow up with potential clients.
∎ Prepare & send proposal, quotation accordingly.
∎ Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.
∎ Need to plan proper daily sales visit & meeting.
∎ Assist to Head of Sales for Preparing weekly & monthly visit, sales & pipeline reports.
∎ Comply with the company code of conducts & compliance.
∎ Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success.
