Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work as a Project Coordinator, handle correspondence collection information and write reports and communication decisions for relevant departments and stakeholders.
∎ Maintaining schedule and arrangement meetings, training programs and development programs.
∎ Preparing presentations and delivering them to relevant departments and stakeholders.
∎ Preparing agendas and taking minutes for meetings.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments to implement new procedures, systems and SOPs.
∎ Liaising with relevant organizations and clients.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
