Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Report to Company Chairman & Head of Marketing of Sweater Division.
∎ Maintain strong communication with buyers and merchandising teams.
∎ Coordinate customer visits and allocate resources effectively.
∎ Ensure products and projects meet targets, maintain value, and meet customer requirements.
∎ Implement SOPs for marketing and cross-functional teams to improve execution.
∎ Plan next season’s business by category and align with management goals.
∎ Review merchandise plans to maximize profits and achieve targets.
∎ Attend overseas trade fairs to acquire new buyers and orders.
∎ Coordinate with departments for smooth shipment processes.
∎ Participate in promotions and forecast order levels.
∎ Negotiate contract terms with buyers as per their policies.
∎ Visit company factories and offices (Mymensingh, Gazipur, Gulshan) and report accordingly.
∎ Handle coordination tasks as per management instructions.
