Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Work as a Project Coordinator, handle correspondence collection information and write reports and communication decisions for relevant departments and stakeholders.
∎ 2. Maintaining schedule and arrangement meetings, training programs and development programs.
∎ 3. Preparing presentations and delivering them to relevant departments and stakeholders.
∎ 4. preparing agendas and taking minutes for meetings.
∎ 5. coordinate with relevant departments to implement new procedures, systems and SOPs.
∎ 6. Liaising with relevant organizations and clients.
∎ 7. any other tasks as assigned by the management.
