Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree from any recognized university on Social Science or any other discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Enhancing field level community acceptance and managing non-disrupted workflow:
∎ Visit the projects and attend community level meetings with programs regularly to stay updated with the sectors.
∎ Keep adequate contact with local elites and community people through regular meeting and field visit to get their feedback on Friendship’s activities.
∎ Share all the feedback from field with respective sectors or relevant personnel at field office / HO
∎ 2. Field visit management of national and international partners and visitors:
∎ Understand the schedule and share it with respective project/program personnel at field office.
∎ Pre-visit the visit points in coordination with sectors.
∎ Share visitors’ information with local law enforcing agencies.
∎ Update visitors or visit coordinator at head-office about field transportation situation and transportation modality.
∎ Coordinate visit itinerary with the visitor team and update as needed.
∎ Coordinate with admin and other relevant sectors and CSUs to ensure smooth visit.
∎ Ensure required logistics earlier of visit which will be needed during visit.
∎ Ensure time and coordination of the visiting teams
∎ Accompany with the visitors and ensure safety and security of visitors during field visit.
∎ 3. Coordination with GOB and Other Stakeholders:
∎ Attend GO-NGOs monthly coordination meeting at district/ upazila level and others govt. meeting in coordination with Regional Coordinator where and when required
∎ Keep adequate contact with the stakeholders i.e. Govt. Officials, public representatives, local elites and community people through regular meeting and field visit.
∎ Jointly (GO-NGOs) organize and manage workshop/Seminar/Fair/ Day observations or any event at local level in coordination with sectors/CSUs
∎ Assist to accomplish program visit by Govt. administration/department
∎ 4. Ensuring the safety and security and crisis management at field:
∎ Be vigilant and alert field situation before anything happens in the communities. When crisis seems imminent, inform head office respective person of sector/CSU about the crisis.
∎ Notify to Regional Coordinator as well as other senior team members (as needed) at local level.
∎ Take immediate steps for solving any external crisis at community level with respective sectors
∎ Take necessary steps according to crisis management policy consulting with supervisors or higher management.
∎ 5. Pre-project set up, management till hand over to the sector:
∎ Take initiative of new project area selection with the support of sectors
∎ Assist linkage among sectors and GO-NGOs and other stakeholders
∎ Assist project personnel for successful implementation of the project in the area.
∎ Report program head and senior management on area selection for their review
∎ Direct conduct with ED to set up new projects.
∎ 6. Post-project wrap-up:
∎ Assist implementation of wrap up plan and schedule with sector.
∎ Meeting with community about project closing (permanent/temporary) with respective sectors.
∎ 7. Project Running Support/ Readiness:
∎ Assist program support considering priority of the sectors or CSUs
∎ Conduct additional meeting with project staffs once a month based on their need
∎ 8. Organizational resources management at field level:
∎ Assist searching and identifying property/land suitable for project or offices.
∎ Assist sectors/departments for negotiating the purchase of any properties.
∎ Assist sectors/CSUs as per demand for any construction work and land purchase.
∎ Identify any progress work or any problem which needs to be acted immediately.
∎ Find out local donation and linkage with head office.
∎ Managing FC, FTC, FMC and other land areas of departments.
∎ Assisting Finance, HR and COO at any premises (e.g: FC, FTC and other offices) of Friendship.
∎ Play active role in organizational sustainability related work

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7-8 years working experience in NGOs on project management and coordination at field level
∎ Staff supervision and management skills.
∎ Excellent influencing, negotiating, networking and interpersonal skills.
∎ Capacity to influence others while working within a team environment.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
∎ Strong report writing skills both in English and Bengali.
