The Connectivity and F&B Expert is responsible for managing all services regarding connectivity and food & beverage services offered to ShopUp employees. This includes corporate mobile subscriptions, team trackers, food and beverage services.

• Onboard connectivity and Food & Beverage partners with value deals for employee facility benefits and formulate the appropriate package requirements.

• Provide employee sim cards as per new employee requisition or ad-hoc request.

• Maintain SLA and records for all requisition and service delivery.

• Maintain good relationship with partners to ensure uninterrupted service and drive continuous improvements.      

• Review and analyze monthly bills from telecom service providers. Maintain the billing system of employee corporate numbers.

• Take responsibility for resolving mobile network problems and F&B complaints involving partners to drive solutions.

• Settle invoices and billing discrepancies.

• Monitor usage discrepancies and generate reports along with suggestions.

• Conduct quality checks on a periodic basis and share reports.

• Maintain a ready list of vendors for F&B with appropriate options.
