∎ Install and configure software and hardware, ensuring all systems are up-to-date.
∎ Monitor and manage the school's data backup systems.
∎ Drafting and typing any document according to the School Documentation format.
∎ Provide technical support to teachers, administrative staff, and students.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
∎ Ensure the security and integrity of school data and computer systems.
∎ Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
∎ Assist in the preparation and setup of computer labs and classrooms.
∎ Train staff and students on the proper use of computer systems and software.
∎ Maintain an inventory of computer hardware and software.
∎ Generate reports on system performance and usage.
