Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Computer Operator to join our team at Tahfiz International School. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the school's computer systems, Typing and Drafting the documents, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical support to staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain school computer systems, networks, and related equipment.
Install and configure software and hardware, ensuring all systems are up-to-date.
Monitor and manage the school's data backup systems.
Drafting and typing any document according to the School Documentation format.
Provide technical support to teachers, administrative staff, and students.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
Ensure the security and integrity of school data and computer systems.
Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
Assist in the preparation and setup of computer labs and classrooms.
Train staff and students on the proper use of computer systems and software.
Maintain an inventory of computer hardware and software.
Generate reports on system performance and usage.
