• Should have proper experience in English Medium schools, preferably in an English Medium Islamic School.

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.

• A thorough understanding of the curriculum and pedagogy.

Responsibilities & Context

• Help implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the school.

• Assist in monitoring the academic performance of the students and supporting teachers in achieving academic excellence.

• Work with the administrative team to manage budgets, resources, and facilities.

• Help promote the vision and mission of TIS.

• Ensure the overall academic and administrative functions as well as assistance to the Senior Management Team.

• Coordinate, guide and train the teachers and admin staff as per requirement

• Guide and train the new teachers and employees to get accustomed to the system of the school

• Responsible for disciplining the students and administration -Prepare Questions, Routines/Exam Routines, Syllabus, Session Plan, Lesson Plans, Teaching materials according to the Cambridge

• Assessment International Education standard develop training module, handbook and School policies as required

• Ensure teachers take classes properly and timely according to the syllabus make strategic plans for admissions

• Conduct Monitor and Evaluation of Teachers, perform Class Observations according to the TIS standard -Responsible for overall safety and security of the students and staffs

• All work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established as part of the annual performance planning process or as the result
